At Essensile, every piece is carefully handcrafted and packed with attention, ensuring it reaches you in perfect condition.

  • Shipping Location: We currently ship only within India

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after confirmation

  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days, depending on your location

  • Shipping Charges: Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed at checkout

  • Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS

Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen logistical circumstances.

Returns & Refunds

As our products are handcrafted, each piece carries its own natural character. To maintain fairness to both our customers and our artisans, we follow a quality-focused return policy.

Eligible for Return / Refund

You may request a return or refund only if the product has:

  • A manufacturing defect

  • Damage during transit

  • A quality issue

Conditions:

  • Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery

  • Please email support@essensile.com with:

    • Your Order ID

    • Clear photos of the issue

    • A brief description

Once approved, we will arrange a return pickup or guide you through the process.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after inspection.

Not Eligible for Return / Refund

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Variations in colour, grain, texture, or shape (natural to handmade products)

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Minor natural differences that do not affect product functionality

We celebrate the individuality of handcrafted work—no two pieces are ever exactly alike.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible
